1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer shipping worldwide, and it usually takes about 10-15 working days to deliver your order.


2. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

3. What about customs taxes and duties? Will I be charged when ordering from you?

In most cases, you will not incur any customs taxes or duties upon delivery. We pack all orders in small boxes labeled "gift, no value for customs."


4. What if I can’t remember my password?

If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email.


5. Can I have an item delivered to an address different from my billing address?

Yes, during checkout, you can select a different delivery address. Please confirm the delivery address before completing your payment. Note that we can only ship to the same country as the billing address.


6. Will I receive confirmation of my purchase?

If your payment is authorized, you will see a confirmation statement and a summary of your order details. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after.

8. What if my package is damaged or missing?

Delivery is guaranteed by our site. If your package is damaged or missing, we will reship the product to you at no additional charge.

13. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
